Job Description

Key Accountabilities: Operational Processing & Execution • Execute daily end‑to‑end investment operations activities, including trade settlement, cash management, corporate actions, reconciliations, pricing validation, and static data maintenance. • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within defined timelines and SLAs. • Monitor exceptions, breaks, and failed trades; investigate root causes and drive timely resolution. Issue Management & Stakeholder Coordination • Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational issues with custodians, investment managers, brokers, and collateral managers. • Manage escalations appropriately and proactively prevent recurrence through improved controls and process enhancements. • Maintain effective working relationships with Investment, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.
