To support its continued expansion, they are seeking a finance professional with solid statutory reporting and/or financial compliance experience to join their regional team. This role offers excellent exposure to European markets and is ideal for candidates interested in working on multi‑country financial compliance and regulatory matters. Responsibilities • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple European jurisdictions (e.g. Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands). • Prepare and submit statutory financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports in accordance with local requirements. • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors to manage compliance enquiries and audits. • Stay up to date with changes in financial and regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts on business operations. • Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to implement and enhance compliance policies and procedures. • Support internal and external audit processes, including document preparation and issue resolution. • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain accurate and well‑organised compliance documentation and records. • Perform detailed account reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
