Senior Options Market Maker / Trader Key Responsibilities: • Take full day-to-day ownership and management of an options trading book, including real-time pricing, execution, liquidity provision, and risk management across global venues. • Collaborate with our quants and developers to design and implement new trading infrastructure and strategies. • Research, implement, and execute strategies that drive options volume in various exchanges. • Monitor market conditions, macro events, liquidity, and patterns; make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure while contributing to team-wide performance. • Share relevant market and flow commentaries with internal teams on daily basis. • Mentor junior traders and take ownership to advance personal, desk, and firm-level strategies.
