Job Duties: • Take full responsibility for the profit and loss. • Lead and manage the brand and trade marketing teams for both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) promotional campaigns to drive sales revenue. • Develop sales and trade marketing strategies, including planning and action plans, to maximize revenues across all B2C sales channels. • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure maximum organizational effectiveness and efficiency. • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant local statutory requirements.
