Finance Analyst (Manager/Director) – International Business

Job Description

Manager Level [Based in Singapore / Hong Kong] Key Responsibilities • Lead budgeting and performance tracking, regularly deliver financial analysis reports for overseas business, evaluate performance against budget, and identify risks and opportunities to support business decision-making • Support overseas franchise operations across different cooperation stages, including guidance on daily settlement, budgeting, periodic reporting, and utilization of financial systems and analytical tools • Maintain close communication with finance teams across international markets, assisting in optimizing financial processes and enhancing system capabilities • Collaborate with finance functions and business teams to support the launch of new markets, business models, and operational scenarios • Participate in building standardized and data-driven financial frameworks for international business, contribute to training materials, and co-develop dashboards (P&L, operational metrics) and customized reporting tools • Provide other ad hoc financial analysis support as needed Show More
