About the Role: • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with brand’s vision and market trends. • Collaborate with the global merchandising team to ensure consistency in product offerings and brand messaging. • Lead the range-building process by analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to curate a compelling product assortment. • Work closely with design and product development teams to ensure the product range meets regional demands. • Conduct thorough analysis of sales performance and inventory levels to create optimal assortment plans that maximize sales and minimize markdowns. • Coordinate with retail partners to ensure alignment on assortment strategies and promotional activities. • Oversee the execution of visual merchandising standards across all retail locations in the region to ensure a consistent and appealing brand presentation. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful visual displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. • Manage the allocation of merchandise to stores based on sales performance, market trends, and seasonal demands. • Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for reorders or markdowns to optimize stock levels. • Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in merchandising best practices.
