Key Responsibilities 1. Perform requirements analysis, conceptual design, and detailed structural design of ultra‑precision equipment systems. Prepare manufacturing, assembly, and testing documentation to ensure mass‑production feasibility and reliability. 2. Lead precision structural optimization initiatives—using simulation, material characteristics, etc., —to continually improve equipment performance. 3. Manage the end‑to‑end equipment development lifecycle. Coordinate across teams, provide technical support, and troubleshoot critical issues.
