Job Description: Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Deliver immediate, high-quality IT support to C suite executives, board members, and VIP users (both in-office and remotely) Manage and maintain executive laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) Set up and support AV systems for meetings, board sessions, and business presentations Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues with minimal disruption to operations
