Position Summary The role is to help the Market Access team manage the Tier 2 outbound orders and inbound returns with customer’s Authorized Service Partners “ASP’s” who are responsible for repairing customer’s hardware devices. The role will be required to manage the ordering portal and communicate with customer's planning team and internal team. Key Accountabilities: • Own the order management platform from Tier 2 ASP’s. • Check orders against customer’s planning department requirements and current stock on hand levels • Coordinate with planning department and ASP’s for orders with exception handling (both via Email and in system) • Be the first point of contact for customer’s Tier 2 customers for order issues • Coordinate with the warehouse team with regard to tier 2 order handling • Manage returns process in line with customer returns policy and ensure correct documentation / process followed by the ASP • Involved in ad-hoc tasks
