The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Membership & Sales Operations Officer to support the smooth functioning of our Membership & Business Development Team. This role is central to strengthening our membership operations, enhancing CRM data integrity, supporting sales processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our HKGCC members and corporate clients.
