No.: 3/18/OS/ES/HKTDC] The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Exhibition Services Department. Responsibilities: • Assist in the estimation of cost and material quantities required for the exhibition booths and events • Calculate cost estimates for both internal & external projects • Check stand materials requested by contractors and monitor the production progress • Arrange production checking at contractors’ premises • Arrange transportation and other logistics support • Monitor on-site set-up and dismantling of booths and evaluate contractor’s performance • Manage each job from costing, production, execution and acceptance according to schedule and specifications • Finalize and compare job’s actual costs with the corresponding job’s estimates and prepare job’s variance reports with explanations for major discrepancies Show More
