A Brief Overview Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion, this role is responsible for providing input to inform RGA's inclusion, community engagement and sustainability initiatives and metrics; and for helping drive the tactics and action plans necessary to achieve them. As a Director of Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion for APAC, advises business leaders, helping them create a workplace where there's fair access to learning and career opportunities, environmental sustainability is supported, community engagement has the tools to accomplish company goals, and where everyone feels confident introducing new ideas and sharing different points of view. The individual in this role will work directly with Regional Diversity and Inclusion Councils (RDICs), Corporate Social Responsibility Committees, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to help employees find meaning in their work and deepen their contribution toward fulfilling our purpose – to make financial protection accessible to all.
