Job Description

The Head of People Transformation serves as the central PMO and strategic coordinator for all People & Culture (P&C) projects. This role ensures seamless alignment across initiatives, effective resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and integrated change management to deliver consistent team member experiences and business value. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain a clear portfolio overview of all P&C projects, overseeing roadmaps, dependencies, and resource allocation to optimise pacing and minimise overlaps. • Identify risks and interdependencies, proactively proposing mitigation plans. • Act as the primary P&C liaison with senior business leaders (e.g., MDs, Operations Directors), presenting project updates, resource implications, and strategic trade-offs to facilitate decision-making. • Develop and lead integrated change management and communication plans for consistent team member experiences, coordinating launch timelines to minimise business disruption. • Identify synergies to align or bundle initiatives (shared audiences/processes/data); support strategic prioritisation for maximum impact. • Track project outcomes, adoption metrics, and feedback; facilitate post-project reviews to capture learnings and promote continuous improvement. • Partner with internal communications to drive awareness and engagement around P&C initiatives.
