Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Talent Engagement to partner closely with the Talent & Engagement Director in shaping and executing the enterprise engagement and culture agenda. This role plays a critical leadership position in strengthening employee engagement, advancing inclusive culture, elevating employee and candidate experience, and integrating workforce insights into business decision-making. The Senior Manager will co-develop engagement strategy while owning enterprise-wide execution across employee listening, DEI, EVP activation, employer branding alignment, recognition, and human capital reporting.
