Job Description

Prime Position Objectives: To support the Head of Learning and Talent Development in delivering strategic, impactful learning and development initiatives that align with and support the Bank’s business goals, regulatory standards, and talent development strategy, with a focus on leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) to enhance learning outcomes and innovation. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and learning strategy aligned with the Bank’s business objectives and talent development roadmap, incorporating Gen AI tools to personalize and scale learning experiences • Conduct training needs analysis across divisions and departments in collaboration with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities • Design annual training plans, ensure timely and effective delivery of learning solutions tailored to business and operational needs, with opportunities to integrate AI-generated content and adaptive learning modules. • Coordinate and oversee regulatory and compliance-related training programs to ensure adherence to internal and external standards. • Manage internal and external training programs, including vendor partnerships, curriculum design, and evaluation of training effectiveness, ensure smooth nomination processes and optimal resource allocation • Drive continuous improvement in learning programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics. • Administer education reimbursement schemes in line with Bank policies and budgetary controls.
