Is this your next challenge in ESG reporting? The challenge is to: • Coordinate the compilation and reporting of DFI’s ESG metrics. • Facilitate the implementation of ESG goals and KPIs across different functions. • Organize and standardize ESG data, and build ESG performance models to facilitate performance review and to identify ESG/business opportunities. • Establish a sustainable and automated process of ESG data collection and compilation to improve efficiency and data accuracy. • Support the preparation of presentations and materials such as ESG progress and the latest ESG trends. • Design and prepare monthly ESG reports and provide insightful variance analysis from ESG data and support the production of ESG and TCFD reports. • Support Finance Manager on external ESG rating. • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to facilitate the decision-making process of business units.
