Admin and HR Manager This position serves as the primary point of contact for all colleagues regarding HR and office matters, while also forming part of the top management team. Human Resources • Foster a positive, collaborative working atmosphere. • Check in with colleagues and gather feedback. • Manage staff leave and attendance records. • Process employee expense claims. • Handle onboarding for new hires (email, desk, equipment, introductions) and offboarding for exiting staff. • Coordinate internship hiring and onboarding (liaising with universities, posting ads, interviews). • Plan quarterly team-building activities and company gatherings. • Lead the annual review of group medical benefits (research, quotes, enrollment, queries). • Complete the rollout of the iManager HR system.
