Job Description

Your Role: • Responsible for executive support for internal VIP users on: Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Office, Outlook, NAS Storage and networking both in the required location. • Provides weekly reports included incident, problems and project status reports • Responsible for VC support to meeting if requested. • Manage and update windows PC built and update PC configuration to ensure all system are up to date • Manage VMware & HCI updating and coordinated with Vendor. • Coordinate with Group Office for any troubleshooting, system enhancement, and project implementation • Skills on supporting tablet or smart phones, and computer Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate • Monitoring Network performances (LAN and WIFI) • Provide after office hours on-call support • Deliver executive support for special events • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers
