Data Products & BI Governance Lead Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Hong Kong Role Purpose: The Strategic Data Products & BI Governance Lead is accountable for rationalising, governing, and enabling the organisation’s strategic data products and critical data assets to maximise business value, trust, and reuse. Required Experience & Skills: • 3 to 5 years experience in data product management, data governance, BI/analytics governance, or enterprise data management. • Strong knowledge of: • Data governance frameworks and operating models • Data retention, lifecycle management, and compliance • Data catalogs, metadata management, and data lineage • Proven ability to improve data quality, integrity, and usability across complex data environments. • Experience leading cross‑functional forums or communities without direct authority. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
