Job Description

Associate Director (Information Technology) – Solution Architect (AI & Innovation Platform) Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of AI & innovation platforms, including AI/ML pipelines, generative AI solutions, agentic frameworks, automation frameworks, and intelligent process orchestration systems • Define and own reference architecture, patterns, and governance frameworks for AI, cloud-native, and digital innovation platforms • Champion innovation by identifying, evaluating, and piloting emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, low-code/no-code platforms, AI agents, autonomous systems) to solve complex business challenges • Collaborate with the AI CoE to design, implement, and ensure the production readiness of AI business use cases within HKMA • Collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders to align solution architecture with strategic goals and regulatory requirements • Drive the adoption of cloud-native principles, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) across innovation projects and AI platforms • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure architectures for AI application deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management • Provide technical leadership in building and integrating innovation platforms with banking and financial systems • Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and rapid prototyping initiatives, ensuring feasibility, security, and scalability before enterprise rollout • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity, audit trails) in all architectural decisions and implementations Show More
