Overview Seeking a Legal Counsel with strong fund formation experience, especially in SFC‑authorised funds and QDLP structures. You will support fund launches, regulatory matters, and ongoing legal documentation across the platform. Key Responsibilities • Handle fund formation work: LPAs, IMAs, PPMs, subscription docs, and side letters. • Support setup and maintenance of SFC‑authorised funds and ensure compliance with UT Code requirements. • Advise on QDLP fund structuring, offering, and cross‑border regulatory issues. • Review distribution, custody, admin, and service provider agreements. • Partner with investment, product, and compliance teams on regulatory and product matters. • Coordinate with external counsel on authorisations, registrations, and filings. • Manage legal risks and support SFC-related inquiries or inspections.
