We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible French Business Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational coordination of our France business. This role acts as a key liaison between headquarters and local teams/service providers in France. This is a coordination and support role with no major decision-making authority. Key Responsibilities • Support daily administrative operations of the France entity • Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, company documents, and compliance materials • Maintain compliance calendars and track key reporting deadlines (tax, payroll, financial reports) • Provide translation support between French and English (Chinese is a plus) • Prepare meeting materials and draft professional business correspondence in French • Liaise with French accountants, legal advisors, and external service providers • Assist in financial data organization and reporting support • Follow up on invoices and cross-border payments • Support coordination during business integration processes and follow up on action items
