The Role • Address customer and advisor inquiries related to life insurance via call and email. • Resolve customer and advisor problems and complaints promptly and professionally. • Offer comprehensive support to enhance customer engagement. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required. Your Profile • Minimum qualification of matriculation or equivalent. • IIQE paper 1,3 is a plus. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service within the insurance industry. • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
