About the RoleAssists department/function heads to provide and maintain a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Macau Referral Programme (MRP). Provides all-round and comprehensive support to Macau relevant functions, if necessary.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesMRP Business (80%)
- Provides superior sales service
- Performs data input in iPOS to support daily operations
- Assists supervisors in maintaining effective communication and meeting schedules, and in managing case follow up effectively and efficiently with relevant functions/parties
- To comply with business quality standards and guidelines; conducts regular policy review to ensure quality business
- Liaise with relevant business partners to build, develop and maintain good business relationship
- Prepares regular reports on MRP activities
Other responsibilities (20%)
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
- University / college graduate plus at least 3-4 years' relevant experience or Form Five graduate plus minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience
- With a valid life insurance license
- Effective organization, planning and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Administration knowledge in responsible area(s)
- Proficiency in Computer-literacy
