About the Role

Assists department/function heads to provide and maintain a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Macau Referral Programme (MRP). Provides all-round and comprehensive support to Macau relevant functions, if necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities

MRP Business (80%)

• Provides superior sales service
• Performs data input in iPOS to support daily operations
• Assists supervisors in maintaining effective communication and meeting schedules, and in managing case follow up effectively and efficiently with relevant functions/parties
• To comply with business quality standards and guidelines; conducts regular policy review to ensure quality business
• Liaise with relevant business partners to build, develop and maintain good business relationship
• Prepares regular reports on MRP activities

Other responsibilities (20%)

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

• University / college graduate plus at least 3-4 years' relevant experience or Form Five graduate plus minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience
• With a valid life insurance license
• Effective organization, planning and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Administration knowledge in responsible area(s)
• Proficiency in Computer-literacy
