Job Description

Responsibilities • Perform actuarial pricing and ongoing monitoring of Employee Benefits (Group Life and Group Medical). • Perform experience studies, assumption reviews and maintain health data inventory to support group product pricing. • Communicate clearly with other teams to ensure business objectives are met. • Monitor Employee Benefits product profitability. • Propose and implement improvements to regular departmental processes, analyses, reports and documentation. • Support the business units in handling reinsurance arrangements and queries. • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives.
