Job Duties Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior bankers and deal teams Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, video conferences, and room bookings across multiple time zones Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, expense claims, and reimbursement tracking Prepare and format presentations, pitch books, meeting materials, and deal documentation Assist with client meeting logistics, including coordination, materials preparation, and follow‑up actions Maintain and organize confidential documents, deal files, and internal databases
