Job Description

Responsibilities: • To assist private building owners in the execution of rehabilitation projects by effectively addressing stakeholder queries and concerns related to planning and ongoing rehabilitation works • To provide support in formulating and implementing building rehabilitation strategies, including conducting research analysis and studies, compiling statistical data, and preparing management reports on findings and recommendations • To provide assistance in developing and maintaining the building rehabilitation-related database and coordinating with other divisions / government bureaus / departments and stakeholders to ensure timely updates that support smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes within budget • To carry out special studies on target buildings, providing technical input such as researching supporting information, conducting preliminary condition surveys, advising extent of repair/maintenance works and preparing cost estimates, and compiling management reports on findings and recommendations Show More
