Team Head, Global Markets Operations, Corporate Bank

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Team Lead, Global Markets Operations to join a Regional Bank and perform Treasury transactions processing, confirmations, settlement, and trade regulatory reporting. The role will provide support to the business on day-to-day operational tasks. Role responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate treasury transactions processing and settlement of transactions/operations. • Products include : Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Fixed Income (Bonds/Repos), Futures, Credit Default Swaps (CDS) • Ensure confirmations are matched in systems and payments are triggered prior to cut-off times. • Lead and manage teams responsible for operational support across Treasury products. • Oversee training and development strategies, and instill ownership and accountability within the Operations teams. • Be responsible for Control and Reporting, such as trade regulatory reporting (EMIR, MAS etc) are completed accurately and on a timely basis. • Implement good practices and controls in addressing all related Operations incidents and issues. • Assist the Head of Operations to evaluate emerging industry trends and design appropriate operating models, taking into consideration the overall business strategy and long term transformation plan.
