Responsibilities 1. Performance Measurement and Supplier Management - Plan and manage the daily operations of the Air Export, Air import and related business product. - Develop and implement service performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitor service levels against agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks. - Establish supplier management score card system to enable data-driven decision making by concrete performance trends and promote continuous improvement by highlighting areas for enhancement.
