Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic CRM Director to spearhead our customer relationship management strategy across Asia. The successful candidate will bring a strong grasp of regional market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes, enabling them to drive customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement a regional CRM strategy aligned with corporate objectives. • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities through enhanced customer engagement. • Manage and optimize customer databases, delivering ad‑hoc analyses, dashboards, and segmentation to track CRM performance. • Lead CRM system development and enhancement projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Assess, implement, and refine CRM tools and technologies to improve customer interactions and data management. • Define KPIs and establish measurement frameworks to evaluate CRM initiatives.
