Job Description

Systems Analyst (Information Technology) – Business Analyst Key Responsibilities • Analyse, translate, and document detailed functional and non-functional technical specifications for the Common Submission Platform • Perform gap analysis on current versus future states to drive system modernization and business process optimization • Act as an IT Product Owner to onboard new business use case and design new system features that maximize business value • Facilitate requirements workshops to build user stories, manage backlogs, and perform system-level configuration with Agile methodology • Bridge business users, IT internal teams, and vendors to translate complex problems into clear technical solutions • Execute configuration and end-to-end testing, including test plan, test case execution, and stakeholder sign-off
