Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of HRIS / HCM implementations, from initiation through to go‑live and stabilisation. Establish and manage PMO frameworks, including project governance, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting. Drive programme planning, tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams. Coordinate and manage cross‑functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and implementation partners. Prepare and deliver senior stakeholder reporting, status updates, and programme dashboards.
